I recently read a post that asserts that vulnerability scanners don't work. The point is made that vulnerability scanning is not an effective tool. Of course, as with many outlandish claims, I disagree. Going down the list, I'd have to say first that of course vulnerability scanners have a huge amount of value, and definitely have their place. |
